This is a great opportunity for you to observe the local vendors at work in the morning. Our chef will guide you meticulously throughout the cooking class and demonstrate step by step how to make three authentic main dishes. Sample dishes include spring rolls, BBQ pork vermicelli to chicken curry (pending daily ingredient availability). After you enjoy your own cooking, a dessert from our chef will be served to end the class on a sweet note. Detailed recipes and a certificate will be given for you to take home.
