  • Mistakenly click wrong for this link (Ho Chi Minh City) for applying visa to Da Nang. But the customer services are very helpful and responsive, they told me that the visa letter is also applicable to Da Nang as well and send me reminder before the trip for what necessary documents required and sent me some travel info of Da Nang before the trip. Overall, it is a wonderful experience for my first trip to Vietnam.

  • After arriving the airport, I had to go to the Visa on Arrival counter to meet Fayfay assistant who held the sign with my English name on it. You only need to give them the Visa information and the stamping fee, and they will do the rest. If you purchased the VIP service, you don't have to queue and simply go through the customs with fast track service. Last time I didn't apply for a VIP and wait for half an hour during immigration.
