Highlights

Your English-speaking guide will pick you up from the hotel and depart Hoi An with the open-air jeep. We will stop by the 1,000-year-old Cham Temple, unique in its architecture and remains relatively intact, despite the ravages of time and a number of wars. We will visit Hilltop 55, a quiet place to stop and enjoy the sweeping views of the surrounding countryside.

Then we travel through Da Nang to Son Tra Peninsula, to see with our own eyes the lush tropical vistas of the peninsula and maybe a monkey or two, rising 642 meters above the coastline. We will also stop and visit a helipad that was used by the Americans in the Vietnam war to catch a glimpse of the stunning, panoramic views of Da Nang from the helipad.

After a gourmet picnic lunch under the shade of an ancient tree, we will make our way to the Linh Ung Pagoda, famous for its beautiful 67 meters tall Goddess of Mercy statue standing on a lotus-shaped platform, surrounded by stunning coastal views.

On our way towards the Marble Mountains, we will stop briefly at a small fishing village to enjoy the coracle and other fishing boats and watch the fishers go about their trade. Walk the stone stairs to the top of Thuy Son (Water Mountain) for a panoramic view of the nearby countryside. Thrill-seekers can even take an optional abseil into the depths of Hell’s Cave!
